A ruthless, repressive dictator named Vandal Savage has seized control. To restore life as they know it, the world's greatest collection of superheroes must travel back in time and team up with Sgt. Rock and his military squadron, the Blackhawks. Together, they must re-fight a world war in order to stop Savage from taking power.

Samurai Jack, an animated half-hour action-adventure show from Dexter's Laboratory creator Genndy Tartakovsky, returns with new episodes every Friday night in September at 7:30 p.m. (ET, PT). Samurai Jack tells the story of a warrior banished to the future by an evil shape-shifting wizard. Samurai Jack must travel the world, encountering an amazing array of cultures and civilizations, as he seeks the portal to send him back to his own time. A man of few words, Jack relies on his mental and physical training as a warrior to help him fend off the evil wizard's forces. The show is highlighted by its magnificent artistry, gripping action sequences and evocative score, giving Samurai Jack a cinematic feel. o

Jack goes to slay the dragon but ends up venturing inside the beast to cure to source of its terrible bellyache. o
Friday, September 13: Episode XXII ("Jack Remembers the Past")-Jack comes upon ruins of a village and realizes it is his former home. He then reflects on the memories of his boyhood. o
Friday, September 20: Episode XXIII ("Jack is Naked")-When Jack has his sword and clothing stolen, he must give chase to a white rabbit who took them while trying to hide his nudity. o
Friday, September 27: Episode XXIV ("Jack vs. Demongo, the Soul Collector")-Aku sends Demongo, the soul collector, to destroy Jack. Now Jack must fight all the mighty warrior souls that Demongo has collected.
