Hey folks, Harry here... Hideo Nakata must have a P.H.D. in the ICKies, cuz he certainly knows how to get my short neck hairs raised and tingling. Replacing Gore Verbinski and taking over the role as maestro on the American version of his original Japanese masterpieces, Hideo is making his most handsome film yet. RING 2 is due out March 18th next year, but damn does this trailer give me the heebie jeebies. And I never realized that those child safety scissors' cutting sound was equatable to fingernails on chalkboard in terms of just making me want to pull my hair out! EEEEEK! The lovely Naomi Watts is back, joined this time by Sissy Spacek (eeeeek, Carrie White!) and Elizabeth Perkins and the really creepy Gary Cole! Ehren Kruger came back to pen the second screenplay as he did with the Verbinski one, he currently is taking over scripting duties on JOHN CARTER OF MARS.
