Now, we here at AICN as well as our friends around the web, including the good folks at IGN FilmForce, have pretty much confirmed that Vinnie Jones was in line to play Juggernaut, but now it's even more official, thanks to MiraJeff out in New York who wrangled X3 director Matthew Vaughn into spilling on his future projects. I'm also curious to see where he takes a Neil Gaiman property... Anyway, here's MiraJeff with the details!

Harry, MiraJeff reporting live from the Regency Hotel in NYC at the Layer Cake festival where director Matthew Vaughn has confirmed that he will be directing and producing Neil Gaiman's Stardust. He couldn't go into details, though he did hint at confirming that Vinne Jones is close to signing onto X3 as Juggernaut, an interesting villain because he is related to Professor X. Could this be newsworthy? We've hardly heard anything else close to confirming Vinnie. I'll cross my fingers though, because if there's one man Wolverine can't handle, it's Big Chris.

Anyone remember the Super Nintendo X-Men game where as Wolverine you had to use your claws to uppercut Juggernaut's helmet off in order to beat him? I'm pretty damn excited about X3!
