Word is that Columbia Tri-Star TV is exploring the possibility of a LIVE ACTION version of THE TICK. Those who once ran the animated show as a Saturday morning cartoon, FOX, have apparently asked for a pilot. Airtime could be as soon as fall 2000. To be produced by Barry Sonnenfeld and Barry Josephson, they who made the most recent incarnation of "Fantasy Island"...a thoroughly delightful show in its own right. SPOON!
