I had heard that Jake Thomas, the young boy in New Line's upcoming THE CELL, was in talks for A.I., but today it looks like this youngster has gone from one extreme of filmmaking, to what many anticipate and pray will be a masterpiece. We'll see. Now... if only we could get more details about the film itself. Someone in Lorenzo's office... Get me that Script! Please.

I got the scoop for you on some casting in A.I.

You probably already know that Jude Law is playing the Dad, Frances O'Conner is the Mom and of course Haley Joel Osment is the robot kid. The new news is the real kid. . . He is being played a young actor named Jake Thomas.

He has a website @ JakeThomas.Com. They are shooting this summer, and then again in October.
