The Stupidest Idea In The History Of Sequels.... EASY RIDER 2.... It's real

Over at Variety's Story they are reporting that there are evil forces conspiring to orchestrate a sequel to... EASY RIDER.

WHAAAAAAT???!????!!!!

Alright, so... let me see... would it be following the lives of the two rednecks in that Pickup truck at the end of the movie? As they kill more hippies on the road?

Or... perhaps 40 years after the deaths of Billy and Wyatt and George Hanson, a terrible radiation hits the earth, and they rise up out of the earth as cadaverous zombies intent on eating the flesh of rednecks in the south?

Or... perhaps they get reincarnated into the bodies of 3 wacky teenagers in the year 2011, and one day their PLAYSTATION 4 breaks and they decide to set out to discover what the true meaning of life is, and end up selling drugs and creating a commune of anti-technology cultists intent on bringing down the mass culture of crass commercialism and give humanity back to the human race?

Now, I don't know... Maybe there is some powerful CRACK going around Hollywood nowadays, but I was relatively sure that at the end of EASY RIDER... the story had ended. All of the main characters were dead. END OF STORY. Right? Apparently not. CLICK HERE TO READ VARIETY'S STORY!
