DEBUNKED!!!! Ummmm... MATRIX 2 tidbit, if true... this is cooler than dry ice!

Hey folks, Harry here... Well... bummer, seems that if they are going to be doing ZERO-G Kung Fu... it will be without the help of NASA's Vomit Comet... Now... That doesn't mean that there won't be 'simulated' zero G style kung foo-ery... The rumors we've heard is that vast amounts of the action will be of the aerial variety. If true... Well, I can see how someone's brother might've got confused about what he heard and came up with the Vomit Comet theory. Here's Mr. V.W. to set us straight...

Hate to debunk the rumor, but I work out at Nasa & Ellington Airport where the KC-135 (Vomit Comet) is housed, and the plane is in scheduled maintenance period for upgrades, Preventive maint., etc..it has been since around May of this year, it is almost done and we should start flying acceptance tests and actual experimenters in December. After that believe me the plane is booked for all of the College, Jr. College, and high school kids waiting to take part in the 2001 Reduced Gravity Student Programs that have been on hold for this maintenance stand down.

Would have been fun to take part in that though..Oh well

Alright folks, Harry here... This is what we in the biz call one hellaciously cool RUMOR, but one so deliciously cool that... well... I can't help but present it for your perusal... Is Yuen Woo Ping choreographing Zero-G Kung Fu in the Vomit Comet? I mean... In Zero G... wouldn't every kick not only send your opponent spiralling backwards, but you as well? How much room is there in the Vomit Comet for Kung Fu? Have they outfitted the entire interior with green screen? Is this not just about the coolest RUMOR you've ever come across? Yuen Woo Ping choreographing kung fu in a Zero-G environment! Holy Sweet Buddha With Rice Cakes, that's cool. Now... Does this mean JET LI in ZERO-G KICKING ASS tooooo?!?!?!?!?! I don't know... but here we go... and remember... All of this is Unconfirmed...

Hey Harry,

Everybody's favorite creepy bald child prodigy here with a very minor but very cool tidbit regarding the Matrix sequels.

I have a friend who is on the stunt team. Last week they went up in "The Vomit Comet," NASA's astronaut training zero-G simulator jet, the same kind used to get the zero gravity shots used in Apollo-13. Because Yuen Woo Ping is choreographing kung fu in ZERO-G!!!!!

The brother's W continue to push the bounds of the medium of film and charge madly forward in their quest to show us visuals that we have never seen before as they back the world's greatest living fight choreographer in taking action to whole new dimension. Wire-fu is about to become a quaint little obsolete artifact from the past.

Don't know if you'll use this but if you do, remember - do not try to bend the spoon because that is impossible. Try instead to realize the truth . . . that there is no spoon . . .
