Matt Drudge, Royal Ass!

Hey folks, Harry here... There are times where you just want to bitch slap a fool for being a fool. I've known Matt Drudge for years. We kinda started out online at the same time. Hell I even once wrote for the Drudge Report with my own By-Line. Drudge and I never saw eye to eye politically, but that's never been a problem with me and anyone. Political beliefs, Religious beliefs and Film beliefs... well, I've always been a very accepting fellow.

However, Matt Drudge did something yesterday that is utterly unforgivable. An act that only a complete and utter asshole would commit. In a headline on his page and during his radio show he gave away the Ending of Tim Burton's PLANET OF THE APES! He put it there with no warnings, no spoiler marks, just posted it there. He didn't give his readers a choice to click or not to click. I had been steering clear of learning the ending myself, but now I have about 210 emails from people pissed off at Drudge that then turned around and told me the ending. ACK!!!! So now I'm personally pissed.

Why'd he do it? So he could claim to be first. Well 3 days ago in one of the Planet of the Apes reviews I posted someone spoiled it, but I warned people that the reviews had massive spoilers. Respected the readership to give them a choice, a chance to not read it.

So kemosabes, here is my advice to you, do not read the talk backs below if you wish to remain pure. Do not go to the Drudge Report ever again if you fear seeing this type of information un-forewarned. And between now and when you see Burton's Apes... Don't read anything further about it. Reviews have been mixed, both positive and negative. Some hating the humor, some loving it. And that's all you need know. And Matt, you have become a dog that pisses upon walls... What a bitch.
