I love this show, this “Last Comic Standing,” but I especially love comics Ralphie May and Dave Mordal, who collectively add up to one pair of funny bastards. (We’re not sure, however, why Dave keeps hanging with slow, creepy, hacky, trollish Rich Vos. Is he trying to make himself look even funnier (and better-looking) by comparison?)

(And, oh, hey. A brief, wholly uncalled-for digression: A show that airs opposite “Comic” at 9 p.m. tonight, a repeat of CBS’ first “Cupid” episode, made me laugh pretty fucking hard last week. Another “Cupid” runs tomorrow, Wednesday, at 10 p.m. I will be watching, and plead with you to do the same. Its genius is its simplicity and simple bad manners. End of digression.)

I have a minor scoop regarding NBC's great new reality show, "Last Comic Standing." Warning: SPOILERS!!

I live in Portland Oregon, and today during drivetime radio (94.7 KNRK), our local loudmouth, self-important, Stern-wannabe, @#$!!?&* DJ, Marconi, spoke with Doug Stanhope, the new host of Comedy Central's Man Show. Doug stated that on Last Comic Standing, they would narrow the competition to 5 comedians, and then America would vote. Jay Mohr, the host of LCS told him the final 5. He was about to announce them, but Marconi interrupted and got him off topic (the idiot!). Anyway, He did confirm two of them, and implieded a third. The names he mentioned are:
