So the crew in Austin just wrapped up a spectacular Father's Day WALL*E event that I really wish I could have gone to. So to console myself and those of you in the Chicago area desperate to see the latest from Pixar/Disney, we're bringing a little slice of tomorrow to the Windy City.

We've got about 100 passes (each one good for two people) for an exclusive screening of WALL*E, taking place Wednesday, June 25 at a theater in downtown Chicago (details will be sent to the winners only). Since I happened to like the way Harry handled the Austin giveaway, we're going to do the same thing for this Chicago screening.

To win, send your name and your guest's name to capone@aintitcoolmail.com. The subject line should read "Everything Is So WALL*E". If you stray from this subject line, your entry gets tossed out with no mercy.

The essay portion of this contest will be the same as Austin's. In 100 words or less, I want your account of why you are the biggest science fiction geekus maximus on this or any other planet. What do you love or fear about where the future and advance technology might take us? What sci-fi movie, book, or TV show first flooded you with glee? You know what I'm talking about. Let me hear from you.

I'm going to look over ever single entry, and announce the winners here on this site at the end of the week. The winners will also get an e-mail from me with details about the screening time and place. Much like Harry, I'm not specifically looking for families to enter, but the idea of a parent taking their kid to WALL*E as their first movie-going experience puts a big smile on my face.
