* Richard Alpert will soon be seen barefoot, and we’ll see how many toes he has on each foot, according to producers at Saturday’s “Lost” ComicCon panel.

* “Lost” may be done with the usual flashbacks and flashforwards.

* The anonymous raft riders Daniel escorted are probably dead, but Vincent the dog will survive till series’ end.

Candle's back, back again:

Bill Keveney of USA Today describes the event's Marvin Candle film, in case Disney pulls down the YouTube version:

Candle, who identifies himself as Pierre Chang, continues the emerging theme of time travel, saying he's filming this 30 years in the past even though he knows George W. Bush is president. He tells the film's viewers that he and his colleagues were killed in a violent purge, that the Dharma Initiative needs to be reconstituted and that the past must be changed. We'll see how that connects with Season 5.
