About That New CLASH OF THE TITANS Footage Being Shot...

There's a story making the rounds at the moment that CLASH OF THE TITANS - due in March - is having some "reshoots" done . A few folks (like THIS ARTICLE in the L.A. Times) are asking if this means the film is in some kind of trouble. The very short answer to this question is: "NO". We did some checking around with trustworthy sources. Turns out, the need to flesh out a few TITANS sequences was identified a while back (this kind of thing happens on many film projects). However, the production couldn't get much of the new footage they needed until now because it required Liam Neeson...and he's been busy filming THE A-TEAM. So, the generation of this new material isn't a case of last minute scurrying or trouble. This is merely a case of having to wait to the last minute to accommodate insurmountable schedules and whatnot.
