There's Gonna Be
A PUSH TV Series!?

Merrick here...
David Hayter, writer of the first two X-MEN films, the WATCHMEN movie, and the voice of Solid Snake in the METAL GEAR games, is putting together a series based on the recent feature film PUSH. Coincidentally, I've got the Netflixed Blu-Ray of this on top of a pile that's waiting to be watched.
The series will purportedly be an extension of the science-fiction thriller, centered on people with paranormal powers who band together to take down a corrupt government agency. [EDIT] Screenwriter David Hayter, who penned "Watchmen" and two of the "X-Men" movies, will script the series pilot. E1 and Dark Hero Studios, co-owned by Hayter and producing partner Benedict Carver, will jointly produce the series based on the screenplay created by David Bourla for Summit.
...says THR HERE. The film, which was released in early 2009, starred Djimon Hounsou, Dakaota Fanning, and Chris Evans & was directed by Paul McGuigan (LUCKY NUMBER SLEVIN, WICKER PARK). Several other high-profile films are currently being eyed for series adaptation, including CHILDREN OF MEN from GALACTICA's David Eick (is this still in the wind?) and Gil Grant's reworking of GATTACA.
