All my life, 30 years so far,
fantasy art has portrayed
female warriors with "3
strategically placed coins"
and it was good. Movies such
as Beastmaster and Conan kept
the faith and clad the women
scantily ... and it was good.
Now comes the definitive D & D
movie and we will forced to
view women wearing practical
armor that would actually
protect them in a fight. This
movie is being controlled by
blasphemers and heretics. I
say someone should take
control immediately and
restore the women to the
clothing (or lack thereof)
that we know and love. All
they need to do is provide
Thora Birch's character with a
+5 Bracer of Protection and
she won't need all that
cumbersome metal surrounding
her. What's this world coming
to? The next thing you know,
they'll have Americans playing
key roles in the Lord of the
Rings. ;-)
